• Direct T-Shirt Printing: In this type of T-shirt printing, the design that has to be there on the T-shirt is directly printed after applying the pre-printing solution to the fabric material or T-shirt. During this process, the design has been sent to computer storage, and for the print process, this has been directly given from the device to the printer. 

Direct T-shirt printing is easy but not that cost-effective. The process involved is very timesaving, and at the same time, it provides high-quality printing. 

• Screen Printing: In screen printing, the ink is applied by pressing it on a netting sheet (mesh), which is separated with a sheet in between. Later, the ink is heated with the help of a heat gun or dryer. 

The advantage of this type of T-shirt printing is that it gives high-quality results that will last for a long time. There won’t be any faded marks or cracks on the design that has been printed on the t-shirt. 

• Dye Sublimation: Instead of the design being directly printed on it, it is first printed on paper. The design that needs to be printed on the fabric will be sent to a computer. This design will later be printed on paper. The paper will be kept on the T-shirt or fabric that needs to be given. At last, the design will be printed on the shirt by applying heat to the paper that was on top. 

Even though the process of this printing is slow, the advantage is that multiple colors can be printed on the same fabric by using this method. 

• Heat Transfer Vinyl-based Printing: The vinyl sheets have an important role to play in this type of printing process. At first, the design pattern is cut with the help of the heat transfer machines. With the help of heat, the designs are pressed and printed on the T-shirts. 

The print quality in this type of printing is waterproof as well as durable, which will last for a long period of time according to its use.
